If you want a professional, kind, and responsive attorney I would keep looking. I just got off the phone with a representative who was mad he had to call me to answer questions I had about my case. He would not let me speak and was extremely rude. Maybe he was having a bad day but the experience leading up to the call was just as disappointing. I have been trying to reach the team for months now to get answers about my case. I was mislead in my initial interview about the case being handled to the end. I was told by Mr Kersey that after the charges were finalized they would be able to help me with my wrongful imprisonment and battery case. They can not. Not sure why he would say he could do something if they don't. Calling back a client to answer questions should not be met with so much aggression. Not everyone is familiar with the court system, that is why we hire an attorney. For this office to be so put off about following up and answering questions about a case makes me never want to work with them again. I definitely do not recommend their services after the phone call I just experienced. Please do better.

From the start, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us navigate a complicated situation. Michelle Bo was sharp, thoughtful, and clearly experienced. Her assistant, Marisa, was incredibly organized and consistently kept us updated. Communication was always clear and timely, even when they were juggling a busy caseload, we felt like a priority. What really stood out was how they took the time to coordinate with my partner’s immigration attorney to make sure everything was handled carefully and correctly. That extra step meant a lot and showed us they were invested in the full picture, not just getting through the legal process quickly. In the end, we received a favorable decision and felt heard, respected, and guided every step of the way. We’re extremely grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a team that’s both knowledgeable and compassionate.
